Ad design for the real estate project "Pointe Jomchang" on the West coast in Phuket, Thailand. The sales pitch is based on a legend involving elephants and tribal villagers centuries ago. It speaks about the beauty and power of the place and, together with imagery, giving it sort of a treasure island historic look.

This is a unique way of standing out of the many Phuket real estate competitors. It does not matter if this approach does not appeal to mainstream visitors. Important is to be unique and head for a niche market where the experience for the right person is deeply gratifying. Naturally the chances for a property sale are much higher.
